An agitated mind creates strong emotions within us. This in turn can lead to inappropriate behaviour. A slow down or even a pause calm’s the mind. Our inner emotions too become more rational and balanced. Here is an example:

If one were to be  double crossed and feels cheated…anger arises. An agitated mind motivates physical reaction, else drives the mind with negative images both true and imaginary.Only more negative energy results. Loss of sleep, stress, impatience result. A pre-occupied mind desiring to hit back keeps one in an animated state.

Meditation leads to a reflection….

Exploration allows one to become oneself. It  leads to learning for the future; it could also lead to ways to retrieve oneself from a situation. Both are future oriented. The past is perhaps baggage that is best dropped.Ponder, how does “staying” in the past help realistically?

Many concur, the most creative ideas emerge after some meditation .One is with oneself , all alone. One seeks to know what is it that has happened internally? What does the heart say ? Both the brain and the heart attempt to sync. Believe in this natural process. It is an awareness of what is real? What happens within when  one is calm?

Every cell in the body is like a brain. Positive energy releases a cumulative stronger positive energy which in turn guides appropriate behaviour.
